End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to your continuous compliance with these terms and possession of an active, authorized Arthixora workspace subscription or valid evaluation trial, Arthixora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the Arthixora Desktop Native Client on compatible computers operated solely for your internal business operations.

2. Strict Anti-Reverse Engineering & Anti-Decompilation

Important Intellectual Property & Security Boundary Restrictions

The Arthixora Desktop Application contains trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by Arthixora Technologies Private Limited. Under the provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000:

• No Decompilation or Disassembly: You shall not, and shall not cause or permit any third party to, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, extract, or attempt to derive source code, underlying algorithms, database structures, or cryptographic keys from the compiled Tauri Rust binaries, native dynamic link libraries (.dll / .dylib / .so), or IPC bridge interfaces.
• No Hooking or Tampering: You shall not attach debuggers, memory injection tools, DLL proxies, or packet interceptors designed to bypass server-side subscription validation, entitlement gating, or local session encryption.
• No Circumvention: Any attempt to circumvent software security boundaries, entitlement checks, or offline voucher limits constitutes a criminal violation under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and will result in immediate termination of access and civil/criminal prosecution.

3. Prohibition on Redistribution, Resale & Mirroring

This license is strictly personal to the registered subscriber. You shall not:

• Distribute, republish, mirror, re-bundle, or host the Arthixora installer packages (including Arthixora-Desktop-Setup-x64.exe) on third-party software repositories, pirate channels, or file-sharing platforms without express written authorization.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, loan, sell, or commercialize the software binaries or access to the desktop client.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, copyright notices (© 2026 Arthixora. All rights reserved.), or digital signatures embedded in the binary executables.

4. Cloud Entitlement Bridge & Security Connectivity

The Arthixora Desktop Application is designed to function as a high-performance native desktop shell communicating securely with Arthixora's cloud infrastructure (https://www.arthixora.in):

• The desktop client validates subscription status, plan tier entitlements, and user session tokens with the server-side authorization engine.
• Offline caching (e.g. Day Book voucher entry) is maintained for network resiliency; all cached records automatically synchronize with the cloud database upon reconnection.
• Arthixora reserves the right to deliver mandatory security updates and signed patches to preserve database integrity and cryptographic security.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms or upon the termination of your master Arthixora cloud workspace subscription. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the desktop software and delete all copies of the installer and installed binaries from your systems.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Desktop EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
